Job summary
Hover is seeking a seasoned Technical Recruiter to own full-cycle hiring for our engineering org, spanning senior ICs to leadership. You’ll partner with the Head of Engineering and leaders to craft sourcing strategies, run structured interviews, and close offers using LinkedIn Recruiter, Juicebox, and AI tools.
You'll coach managers to hire effectively, shape interview processes, and drive data-informed decisions while introducing AI-driven sourcing and automation into daily recruiting
Qualifications
- 7+ years of deep experience in full-cycle technical recruiting for software engineering.
- Strategic partner to hiring managers, shaping hiring strategy and process.
- Experience building pipelines for hard-to-fill roles in AI/ML and computer vision.
Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting for Hover's engineering organization, including senior ICs to leadership.
- Develop sourcing strategies across LinkedIn Recruiter, Juicebox, referrals, and outbound campaigns.
- Calibrate interview processes, run debriefs, and drive data-informed hiring decisions.
- Coach engineering leaders to interview effectively and partner with HR as a trusted advisor.
- Introduce AI tools and automation into recruiting workflows.
