Job summary

Genius AI is seeking a recruiter to build and run sourcing strategies for Engineering, Product, and Design roles in a high-volume, fast-moving environment. You will source active and passive candidates and leverage alumni networks, referrals, and campus programs to fill pipelines.

You will also build AI-powered workflows to streamline screening and tracking, while collaborating closely with recruiters and hiring managers.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting in fast-moving environments (tech startups, agencies, finance).
• Experience using AI to automate tasks or build streamlined workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Build and run the sourcing strategy for Engineering, Product, and Design roles.
• Source active and passive candidates across functions.
• Leverage alumni networks, referrals, campus programs, and industry events to create strong pipelines.
• Organize relationship-building activities and events to engage top talent.
• Develop AI-powered workflows for repetitive parts of sourcing, screening, and tracking.
