Hex is scaling quickly and seeks a Technical Sourcer who treats sourcing as a craft, building repeatable pathways to find engineers, designers, and product builders. This role emphasizes an AI-forward approach to discovery, outreach, and engagement at the top of the funnel.

You will own top-of-funnel sourcing strategy for engineering, AI, infra, product and design, building stacked funnels for evergreen roles.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of technical/engineering sourcing experience
• Fluent with AI tooling for recruiting: you’ve used AI sourcing tools, agents, and automation
• Built sourcing programs, pipelines, or AI/automation workflows from scratch
• Technically literate: read a GitHub profile, understand engineering blogs
• A precise operator with organized systems and pipeline updates
• Strong hunter instincts and comfort with ambiguity
• Creativity: craft unique touchpoints beyond LinkedIn playbooks
• Candidate experience-focused outreach that feels human even with AI help

Responsibilities

• Own top-of-funnel sourcing strategy for our hardest technical searches
• Build and run an AI-forward sourcing stack using AI tools and automation
• Design and iterate on AI-assisted outreach that is highly personalized and credible
• Map talent pools and competitive companies to surface undiscovered candidates
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to calibrate profiles and search criteria
• Track conversion and test messaging, using data to pivot when needed
• Evaluate new AI sourcing tools and raise the team's sourcing bar
