Job summary

Hargrove Life Sciences is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee engineering projects from scope definition through delivery. You will manage budgets, schedules, and cross-functional teams while coordinating with clients to ensure alignment on deliverables.

The role requires strong leadership, exceptional communication, and the ability to drive accurate project controls. A PMP or PE is preferred, with up to 10 years of PM/engineering experience in a regulated setting.

Qualifications

• BS/MS in engineering or equivalent.
• PMP or PE preferred.
• Up to 10 years of relevant engineering and PM experience.
• Knowledge of Hargrove project execution procedures and standards.
• Ability to lead teams and manage client relationships under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Manage moderately complex engineering projects to meet scope, budget, and schedule.
• Oversee commercial contracts, invoicing, and Change Notices to keep projects on track.
• Maintain discipline of budget progress, scheduling, and quality standards.
• Lead technical and cost decisions for assigned projects with stakeholders.
• Define project scope and deliverables with client teams and align with business goals.
• Promote timely Change Notices and positive change management culture.
