Job summary

Hargrove and Associates, Inc. seeks a seasoned Project Manager to lead moderately complex engineering projects from initiation to closeout. You will drive cost, schedule, and quality targets while managing client expectations and project teams.

Responsibilities include maintaining cash flow through AR and unbilled time management, and ensuring adherence to company controls and documentation processes. A PE or PMP is preferred; 10 years of related experience is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master of Science in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
• PE and/or PMP registration highly preferred.
• Up to 10 years of relevant experience in engineering and project management.
• Knowledge of Hargrove project execution procedures and project controls tools.
• Ability to lead a team and manage client relationships in complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of moderately complex engineering projects to ensure on-time delivery.
• Control budget, schedule, and quality to meet client expectations and margins.
• Prepare and review project plans, reports, and change notices.
• Manage aged AR and unbilled time to maintain cash flow.
• Lead project team communications and coordination with client.
