Job summary

Hargrove and Associates, Inc. in the United States is seeking a project manager to oversee engineering assignments from scope through closeout.

You will manage scope, budget, schedule, and quality while coordinating with client teams and internal resources to deliver on time and within performance targets. The ideal candidate has a BS or MS in engineering, PMP or PE is preferred, and up to 10 years of experience in complex project management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master of Science in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical or Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
• Professional Engineering and/or PMP registration is highly preferred.
• Up to 10 years of relevant engineering and project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects ensuring on-time delivery, budget, and quality.
• Coordinate with client, internal teams, and stakeholders.
• Track performance budget, schedule, and quality against plans.
• Process Project Change Notices and maintain client alignment.
• Prepare and review reports and documentation across engineering, procurement, and construction.
• Lead project team and foster positive client relationships.
