Job summary

Hargrove and Associates, Inc. seeks a Project Manager to lead engineering projects from scope to delivery, ensuring on-time, on-budget performance and high quality. You will coordinate with resource leaders to estimate hours, manage contracts, and oversee change management while maintaining strong client relationships.

The role requires leadership, strategic planning, and proficient communication to align stakeholders and drive project success across disciplines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical or Civil Engineering.
• PE license and PMP certification preferred.
• Up to 10 years of engineering and project management experience.
• Ability to lead a team and manage client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead project management for moderately complex engineering projects, delivering on time, within budget and to quality expectations.
• Collaborate with Engineering Resource Leaders to estimate Professional Services man-hours.
• Manage commercial contracts, ensure timely invoicing and process Change Notices.
• Maintain project controls, schedules, reports, and documentation across teams.
• Define project scope, goals and deliverables with stakeholders and manage Change Notices.
