Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking an Engineering Program Manager to lead the cost, schedule, and execution of engineering scope on a major program. You will coordinate resources across IPTs, drive the technical execution plan, and ensure work aligns with budgets and contractual commitments.

The role requires active Secret clearance and demonstrated ability to manage complex development programs, with strong communication to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a STEM field with extensive experience; master’s/PhD may substitute years of experience.
• Active U.S. Government Secret Clearance required and ability to obtain SAP.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary engineering teams and managing complex development programs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary engineering interface to the Program Manager and IPTs.
• Develop and defend engineering estimates and Basis of Estimates (BOEs).
• Oversee CAM for engineering-related control accounts.
• Coordinate engineering risk and opportunity tracking across IPTs.
• Support schedules and financial updates for engineering scope.
• Lead P&L reviews to ensure alignment with objectives.
