Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Staff Engineering Program Manager in Baltimore to lead cost, schedule, and execution of engineering scope across multiple IPTs. You will act as the primary engineering interface to the Program Manager and coordinate across functional teams.

Responsibilities include developing and defending engineering estimates, managing CAM, and supporting CEAC, schedule, and financial updates, while ensuring alignment with program objectives and budget targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics or related field; 12 years experience or higher.
• Master’s Degree in a related STEM field with 10 years experience, or PhD with 8 years experience.
• Ability to obtain Special Program Access (SAP) and US citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Lead cost, schedule, and execution of engineering scope across IPTs.
• Interface with Program Manager and functional organizations.
• Develop, review, and defend engineering estimates and BOEs.
• Oversee CAM for engineering-related control accounts.
• Support CEAC, scheduling, and financial updates for engineering scope.
• Lead engineering Page and Line reviews to align with objectives.
