Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking an Engineering Leader within the Engineering Leadership organization to oversee cost, schedule, and execution of engineering scope on the program. You will ensure activities are on time and within budget across IPTs, driving the technical execution plan and securing necessary engineering resources.

The role requires leading multi-disciplinary teams, providing inputs to program reviews, and developing BOEs, with access to SAP/secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Degree plus experience requirements: 14y with Bachelor, 12y with Master, 10y with PhD; additional 4 years may substitute.
• U.S. citizenship and a current/active U.S. Government Secret Clearance.
• Ability to obtain Special Program Access (SAP).
• Experience leading multidisciplinary technical/engineering teams.
• Experience in systems development, integration, and test across the program lifecycle.
• Proven ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary engineering interface to the Program Manager and IPTs.
• Provide engineering inputs to sector program execution reports.
• Develop and defend engineering BOEs.
• Oversee CAM for all engineering control accounts.
• Support CEAC, schedule, and financial updates.
• Lead engineering Page and Line reviews to align with objectives.
• Facilitate staffing plans and Work Load Forecasts with managers.
• Coordinate risk and opportunity tracking across IPTs.
