GAI Consultants is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to lead traffic and engineering projects with 15+ years of experience. The role is on-site or hybrid at offices across Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky, or West Virginia, and includes a sign-on bonus.

You will supervise engineers, manage budgets, and liaise with state agencies, while applying risk analysis and sustainable design practices to complex problems. This role emphasizes leadership and collaboration across multiple disciplines.

Qualifications

• PE Registration is required with ability to attain PE in additional surrounding states.
• Oversee engineers in the development of plans, financial monitoring, and act as client representative.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects with complex features and integrate engineering economics and risk analysis.
• Oversee technical, legal, and financial issues of entire projects and develop comprehensive project management plans.
• May serve as Project Manager for certain projects up to $150,000 per year.
