Job summary

GAI Consultants, Inc. is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager with 15+ years of experience to oversee traffic and engineering projects across multiple states. The role supports on-site or hybrid work at offices in OH, IN, KY, or WV and includes a sign-on bonus.

You will lead engineering teams, manage client relations, and integrate engineering economics and risk analysis into project solutions, driving complex programs to successful completion.

Qualifications

• Experience with state agencies and government projects; Design-Build experience preferred.
• Oversight of engineers in plan development, financial monitoring, and client representation.
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) license; reciprocity in multiple states.

• Lead projects in your area of specialization and select design alternatives.
