Job summary

GAI Consultants, Inc. is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager with 15+ years of experience to lead traffic and engineering projects across multiple states. The role allows on-site or hybrid work at Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky, or West Virginia offices and includes a sign-on bonus.

Responsibilities include overseeing engineers, managing budgets and schedules, and acting as client representative. PE licensure is required, with reciprocity in other states preferred.

Qualifications

• State Agencies experience required; Design-Build experience preferred.
• Oversee engineers in plans development, financial monitoring, and client representation.
• PE Registration required with ability to attain PE in surrounding states.

Responsibilities

• Oversee technical, legal, and financial aspects of projects.
• Provide leadership to multiple teams within the practice.
• Develop designs and evaluate alternatives for complex engineering projects.
