Job summary

GAI Consultants, Inc. is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager with 15+ years of experience to oversee traffic and engineering projects. The role can be on-site or hybrid at any of our Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky, or West Virginia offices, with a sign-on bonus.

The successful candidate will lead engineers, coordinate with state agencies, and guide complex projects to successful completion, leveraging design-build experience and strong client representation.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in engineering project management, with traffic/related oversight.
• PE license with ability to obtain in surrounding states.
• Experience with State Agencies and Design-Build is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee engineers in development of plans and financial monitoring.
• Act as GAI's client representative on projects.
• Lead projects with complex features integrating economics and sustainability.
• Manage project teams and ensure alignment with client objectives.
