Qualifications

• 15+ years of engineering leadership experience.
• Experience with state agencies and government projects preferred.
• PE license required with reciprocity to other states.

Responsibilities

• Oversee engineers in development of plans, financial monitoring, and client representation.
• Lead projects with complex features and integrate engineering economics and risk analysis.
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams and manage project objectives, scope, and resources.
