Job summary

GAI Consultants Inc. seeks a Senior Engineering Manager with 15+ years of experience in traffic and engineering project oversight. The role supports leadership across engineering, planning, and environmental teams for clients in energy, transportation, development, government, and industry.

The position offers on-site or hybrid work at Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky, or West Virginia offices, with potential sign-on bonus and opportunities for growth within a nationally recognized firm.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in managing traffic and engineering projects.
• PE Registration is required with ability to attain PE in additional surrounding states.
• Experience with State Agencies and Design-Build is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee engineers in the development of plans, financial monitoring, and client representation.
• Lead projects with complex features and integrate engineering economics and risk analysis.
• May serve as Project Manager for selected projects with approval up to $150,000 per year.

Education

B.S. or M.S. Engineering, Master's Degree or Equivalent Experience Preferred
