You will build a culture of collaboration, coach engineers, and drive performance to improve resident and associate experiences through scalable systems and attentive delivery.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of professional development experience, and 3+ years of recent experience managing or leading an engineering team
- Experience working in agile development environment
- Deep understanding of software and development engineering principles and concepts
- Deep technical skills in JavaScript development, database technologies (MSSQL, Postgres, DynamoDB), AWS serverless, CI/CD, Salesforce
Responsibilities
- Craft a technical roadmap aligned with business strategies across teams
- Collaborate with Product, Design, and Delivery to prepare projects
- Guide architecture, APIs, messages, and third‑party interfaces
- Foster a collaborative culture and nurture team performance
- Coach, mentor, and develop career growth
- Measure and improve engineering performance
- Ensure on-time delivery of technical projects
- Stay current with tech trends and participate in tech groups
