Job summary

First Due seeks a senior engineering leader to build and scale a people-focused organization, developing managers and senior technical leaders while fostering a high-performance culture.

You will own engineering execution and delivery against product roadmaps, partnering with Product, Design, and executive leadership to align investments with priorities, driving technical strategy, architecture, and operational excellence across quality, security, scalability, and reliability.
