Job summary
One Call is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to lead multiple engineering teams in delivering scalable, secure software solutions across global product areas. You will own technical direction, drive execution, and foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead engineering teams across multiple product areas to deliver scalable software.
- Drive Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, and test automation practices across teams.
- Define and deliver product roadmaps with speed and quality in collaboration with Product, Design, and Architecture.
- Align teams with business outcomes and measure success through KPIs such as velocity and availability.
- Hire, coach, and develop engineers to build a high-talent culture.
- Manage offshore teams and ensure alignment with internal standards and delivery expectations.
- Own operational health including uptime, incident response, and HIPAA/SOC2 compliance.
