Job summary

One Call is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to lead high-performing teams delivering scalable software and driving technical strategy across multiple product areas.

You will oversee 10-15 engineers, collaborating with Product, Design, and Architecture to translate vision into actionable roadmaps, while promoting Agile, DevOps, and modern development practices in a remote, globally distributed environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
• 5+ years of engineering leadership experience leading multiple teams and product areas.
• Proven experience in cloud-native environments (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Experience with remote-first and globally distributed teams.
• Track record delivering enterprise-grade software in regulated environments (SOC2, HIPAA).

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple engineering teams delivering scalable, secure software products.
• Drive adoption of Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, and test automation.
• Partner with Product, Design, and Architecture to define roadmaps with speed and quality.
• Ensure teams align with business outcomes and measure with KPIs.
• Build a high-talent culture through hiring, coaching, and performance management.
• Own platform modernization, technical debt reduction, and automation.
• Manage offshore teams and ensure alignment with standards.
