Job summary

One Call is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to lead globally distributed engineering teams focused on scalable, compliant software solutions. You will set technical strategy, guide delivery, and foster a culture of innovation and ownership.

You will oversee cross-functional collaboration with product and design, drive modern engineering practices, and own the performance of 10-15 engineers across product areas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Eng or related field.
• 5+ years of engineering leadership with multiple teams.
• Experience delivering enterprise-grade software in regulated environments (SOC2, HIPAA).

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple engineering teams to deliver scalable software.
• Drive Agile, DevOps, CI/CD adoption and test automation.
• Define roadmaps with product and design partners.
• Ensure KPIs like velocity, quality, availability, customer impact.
• Hire and coach engineers; manage performance and career growth.
• Oversee platform modernization and tech debt reduction.
