Realm Security, Inc. is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to drive the evolution of our engineering organization and scale our core platform infrastructure.

You will lead a 6-8 person multidisciplinary team across backend, frontend, and platform domains, mentoring engineers while remaining hands-on in architecture and execution. You will shape strategy for scaling, manage multiple specialized teams, and help build a culture focused on quality, collaboration, and rapid delivery in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of direct engineering management experience
• 8+ years of total software engineering experience
• Experience with distributed systems and large-scale data pipelines
• Strong frontend knowledge (React.js, Node.js) and data visualization aptitude

Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a 6-8 person multidisciplinary team across backend, frontend, and platform domains
• Collaborate with Customer Success to triage issues and ensure swift resolution
• Lead on-call escalation and incident management across the team
• Contribute to system design, architecture reviews, and execution across the SaaS platform
• Own delivery pipelines and align with product and security SMEs on the roadmap
• Foster an inclusive, collaborative engineering culture focused on quality and sustainable growth
