Qualifications

• 4+ years managing Platform or Site Reliability Engineering teams.
• 10+ years of technical experience with distributed systems and infrastructure as code.
• Experience with secrets and workload identity management (SPIFFE, SPIRE, Vault).
• Experience building and automating large-scale production infrastructure in public cloud and on-prem.

Responsibilities

• Define the long-term strategic vision and multi-year technical roadmap for the Platform Security domain.
• Oversee and develop a high-performing team of engineers and principal-level ICs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define roadmaps and priorities.
• Drive organizational adoption of best practices for reliability, security, and operations metrics.
• Communicate the function's strategy, progress, and risk to executives and technical stakeholders.
• Leverage deep technical experience to guide initiatives without requiring code.
