CLEAResult is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to lead cost-saving, emissions-reducing projects across 85+ programs in the Midwest, with a focus on Colorado, Iowa, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Minnesota, Missouri, and Wisconsin. You will oversee 10–15 engineers, including engineering people leaders, and drive technical excellence and client satisfaction.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering required.
• Minimum 10 years of energy efficiency and/or sustainability consulting experience.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal, written).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; advanced Excel; VBA a plus.
• Exposure to building and system modeling software is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Provide technical leadership across audits, HVAC, M&V, RCx, refrigeration, and related areas.
• Direct updates to templates, tools, and procedures reflecting client requests.
• Lead engagement with evaluation contractors and utility clients; ensure quality deliverables.
• Mentor engineers and support career growth within the team.
• Manage team workload and ensure timely, high-quality project delivery.
• Develop engineering scopes of work and budgets for new opportunities.
• Foster relationships with engineering leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Drive program design improvements and strategic planning for the engineering organization.
• Recruit and develop talent; provide onboarding and ongoing coaching.
• Identify and implement process improvements; communicate insights to leadership.
• Travel up to 25% for client-facing meetings and project support.
