CLEAResult is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to lead a 10-15 engineer team across multiple Midwest programs, focusing on cost savings and emissions reductions. You will guide technical strategy, drive project delivery, and mentor engineers while collaborating with clients and senior leadership.

This role emphasizes growth, process improvement, and strategic planning. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, substantial energy efficiency experience, and strong leadership

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, civil or environmental engineering.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in energy efficiency and/or sustainability consulting.
• Minimum of 8 years of people management experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills; VBA a plus.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to create growth opportunities for team members.

Responsabilidades

• Demonstrate technical leadership with audits, evaluations, M&V, RCx, HVAC, and related areas.
• Oversee team workload and project execution with timely, high-quality delivery.
• Mentor and grow engineering talent and professional skills.
• Manage financial and operational resources, controlling variances to plan.
• Develop engineering scopes of work and budgets for business opportunities.
• Foster strategic relationships with engineering leadership and peers.
• Lead strategic planning to improve program delivery and processes.
• Influence program design using industry knowledge and emerging tech.
• Recruit and develop talent, provide onboarding and training.
• Champion process improvements within the team and across the organization.
• Communicate technical insights to clients and stakeholders.
• Provide continuous feedback on goals, milestones, deadlines, and performance.
• Travel up to 25% for client meetings and team gatherings.
