Williams Lea is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a high-performing software engineering team. You will provide strategic and hands-on technical leadership to ensure delivery against the product roadmap, drive architectural decisions, and maintain high standards of quality and reliability.

You will partner with Product, Design, Security and stakeholders to plan roadmaps, manage dependencies, and nurture talent in a diverse, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of software engineering experience, including delivery of complex systems.
• 2+ years of direct people management experience, including performance and career development.
• Experience leading Agile/Scrum teams and driving continuous improvement.
• Familiarity with modern DevOps practices and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience in governance, compliance, or risk management.
• Track record of mentoring engineers and fostering inclusive team culture.
