You will build and scale multi-tenant distributed systems, guide engineering managers, and partner with cross-functional teams to turn product vision into quarterly roadmaps.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of software engineering experience.
• At least 5 years of engineering management experience, including managing managers.
• Ability to foster high-quality code and engineering processes.
• Execution-focused with the ability to navigate ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Explore and apply GenAI techniques to solve challenges across the org.
• Partner with Operations and Compliance to maximize impact.
• Build and manage engineering teams in the Compliance domain.
• Plan, design, develop, and test software systems and cloud tools.
• Design scalable systems using modern cloud technology.
• Collaborate to turn product/technical vision into quarterly roadmaps.
• Coach on design principles, coding standards, and AI tools adoption.
• Review security, scalability, and architecture across teams.
• Hire and grow a high-performing AI/ML engineering team.
• Lead multiple engineering efforts in parallel with high-quality delivery.
