• 10+ years in agile, multidisciplinary teams, designing and building on cloud platforms.
• 1+ years as People Manager.
• Experience designing/implementing production-grade cloud-native microservices and RESTful APIs with Java/Spring Boot.

Responsibilities

• Write code and review technical specs.
• Work with cross-functional product teams to mitigate risks.
• Guide engineering on planning, estimation, prioritization, and debt management.
• Review architecture and designs from other teams.
• Design technical roadmaps and enforce architecture.
• Maintain production systems and handle on-call duties.
