Qualifications

• At least 10 years in an agile, multidisciplinary team with cloud experience.
• 1+ year in a People Manager role.
• Production-grade, cloud-native microservices and RESTful APIs using Java/Spring Boot.
• Relational DBs (Postgres) with JDBC/ORM (Hibernate).
• DevOps experience, preferably Jenkins CI/CD.
• Experience with AWS cloud services and data engineering.
• Strong problem-solving and long-term thinking mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering management and technical leadership efforts; write code and review code.
• Draft and review technical specifications and architectures.
• Guide cross-functional product teams to identify and mitigate risks.
• Plan, estimate, prioritize, balance debt and milestones for the team.
• Review architecture and designs from other teams; design technical roadmaps.
• Enforce technical architecture and maintain production systems.
• Handle on-call duties and debugging in production.
