Qualifications

• At least 10 years of experience in an agile, multidisciplinary team environment.
• Designing and implementing production-grade, cloud-native microservices and RESTful APIs.
• Experience with PostgreSQL using JDBC and ORM like Hibernate.
• DevOps experience, preferably Jenkins CI/CD.
• Proficiency with AWS cloud-native services and data engineering.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering management and technical leadership to the team.
• Guide planning, estimation, prioritization, and trade-offs with balance of technical debt.
• Review architectures and designs from other teams and design roadmaps.
• Maintain production systems and handle on-call duties.
• Collaborate with product teams to mitigate technical risks and grow projects.
• Participate in client stakeholder meetings and business development bids.
