Qualifications

• At least 10 years of experience in an agile, multidisciplinary team environment.
• Experience designing and building cloud-native microservices and RESTful APIs with Java/Spring Boot.
• Experience with relational databases, preferably PostgreSQL, using JDBC and ORM like Hibernate.
• DevOps experience, preferably with Jenkins CI/CD.
• Experience using AWS cloud native services and data engineering.
• Ability to think strategically about trade-offs and work within US work authorization constraints.

Responsibilities

• Write code and perform code reviews as part of the engineering leadership.
• Review technical specifications and guide cross-functional product teams on risks and planning.
• Guide the team on planning, estimation, prioritization, trade-offs, and balancing technical debt with milestones.
• Review architecture and designs from other project teams and strategize for project growth.
• Attend conferences and network with potential clients.
