Job summary

Americold, a global leader in temperature-controlled logistics, seeks a Maintenance Manager to oversee daily maintenance across facilities. You will lead engineering and maintenance teams, set performance goals, manage budgets, and ensure safety standards compliance.

Candidates should have at least 5 years in maintenance with 3+ years in supervision, strong mechanical/electrical skills, and proficiency with MS Office and SAP/Oracle CMMS. Some travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance with at least 3 years supervising others.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel; experience with SAP or Oracle CMMS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Direct and assign work to engineering and maintenance teams, set performance objectives, and monitor team performance.
• Prepare annual maintenance budgets, schedule expenditures, analyze variances, and initiate corrective actions to achieve financial objectives.
• Schedule repair, maintenance, and installation of machines and equipment to support productivity.
• Design and implement preventive maintenance programs and ensure operational standards are met.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain a safe working environment.
