Job summary

Americold Logistics is seeking a seasoned Maintenance Manager to oversee daily operations across multiple warehouses, directing engineering and maintenance teams to ensure reliable equipment and safety compliance.

The role requires hands-on mechanical/electrical capability, budget planning, and the ability to drive preventive maintenance programs while coordinating capital projects with vendors and contractors.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance with at least 3 years directly managing or supervising others.
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize effectively.
Fully competent in mechanical and basic electrical concepts with hands-on work ability.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel and SAP or Oracle CMMS platforms.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily maintenance operations across multiple warehouses or a single complex facility.
Direct and assign work to engineering and maintenance associates, set performance objectives.
Prepare annual maintenance budgets and monitor expenditures to meet financial goals.
Schedule and prioritize repairs, maintenance, and installations to support productivity.
Develop and modify preventive maintenance programs.
Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain a safe environment.
Lead capital projects from bidding to contractor management.
