Job summary

ENERCON Services, Inc.’s Nuclear Services Group seeks a Senior Engineering Manager to lead the Engineering Unit and deliver projects on time, on budget, and to the highest standards of quality. The role can be based in Palm Beach Gardens, FL or other ENERCON locations.

You will mentor staff, drive continuous improvement, support business development, and ensure rigorous technical execution across BIM/3D models, IPD projects, and cross-discipline teams, with travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering required.
• 10+ years of design engineering experience in the Power Industry.
• Active PE license or willingness to obtain.
• Experience with BIM/3D models containing major plant systems.
• Experience with IPD or other large-scale project delivery methods.

Responsibilities

• Lead Engineering Unit to deliver projects on time and on budget.
• Maintain schedules, budgets, and quality; enforce standards.
• Develop Continuous Improvement Plans and apply lessons learned.
• Provide technical leadership and resolve issues with SMEs.
• Support marketing, proposals, and client relationships.
• Recruit, hire, develop, and retain staff; build future leaders.
• Ensure staff meet time goals and performance expectations.
