Job summary

Enercon Services, Inc. is hiring a Senior Engineering Manager for our Nuclear Division to lead the Engineering Unit in delivering projects on time, on budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

You will mentor staff, drive continuous improvement, and foster client relationships across disciplines. Responsibilities include project delivery, planning, leadership, and business development, with travel up to 25% to client sites and ENERCON offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering is required.
• 10+ years of design engineering experience in the commercial nuclear industry is required.
• Active PE license is required.
• Experience with design of power plant systems is preferred.
• Experience with Extended Power Uprate (EPU) modifications or other large-scale projects is desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Engineering Unit to deliver projects on time, on budget, and to high quality standards.
• Provide technical leadership and resolve engineering issues.
• Support business development and client engagement through proposals and relationships.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop staff; promote professional development.
• Ensure project budgets, schedules, and delivery meet business goals.
