Job summary

Enercon Services, Inc. invites a Senior Engineering Manager to lead the Nuclear Division's Engineering Unit. You will drive delivery on time and budget, uphold top quality, and foster innovation across teams.

Responsibilities include mentoring staff, pursuing continuous improvement, and strengthening client relationships. Travel up to 25% to client sites and ENERCON offices is expected, with PE licensure and an engineering degree required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering required.
10+ years of design engineering in the commercial nuclear industry.
Active PE license.
Experience with design of power plant systems.
Experience with EPU modifications or other large-scale projects preferred.
Knowledge of applicable government codes and industry standards.
Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
Strong leadership and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

Lead Project Delivery, Quality & Continuous Improvement for the Engineering Unit and ensure schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
Provide technical leadership and resolve engineering issues with SMEs as needed.
Support marketing efforts and lead proposal preparation with PMs, engineers, and supervisors.
Recruit, develop, and retain staff; promote training and professional development.
Ensure staff meet applied time goals and contribute to division performance.
