Enercon Services, Inc. is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager for our Nuclear Services Group. You will lead the Engineering Unit to deliver projects on time and on budget, while upholding the highest quality standards and fostering a culture of innovation. Locations include Cedar Rapids, IA and Birmingham, AL.

You will mentor staff, drive continuous improvement, and engage with clients to grow the business. A PE license and 10+ years of design experience in the power industry are required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering is required.
• Active PE license is required.
• 10+ years of design engineering experience in the Power Industry.
• Experience with major BIM/3D models of plant systems.
• Exposure to IPD or large-scale project delivery methods is a plus.
• Knowledge of applicable industry standards.
• Strong organizational, written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% to client sites and between offices.

• Lead the Engineering Unit to deliver projects on time, on budget, and to high quality standards.
• Mentor staff, drive innovation, and develop future leaders.
• Lead proposal development and support business development and client engagement.
• Manage project planning, scope, and work allocation with Project Managers and Engineers.
• Ensure quality standards and continuous improvement programs are implemented and followed.
• Oversee deliverables and coordinate cross-disciplinary teams.
