Job summary

ENERCON's Nuclear Services Group is seeking a Project Manager to lead engineering projects, manage schedules, risk and financial health, and drive client satisfaction. You will oversee engineers, designers, and subcontractors, delivering high-quality deliverables and building strong client relationships.

The role involves developing proposals with technical teams, managing multiple projects across locations including Cleveland, OH; Pittsburgh, PA; and Fort Worth, TX, and occasional travel.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in power generation or nuclear industries as Engineer/PM
• Nuclear or Power experience required
• Knowledge in earned value management, rules of credit, and progress reporting
• Contract and NDA language development and review
• Ability to understand and work with budget and accounting processes
• Strong coordination and team building skills
• Excellent organizational, time management, strategic planning, writing, communication, decision-making, and presentation skills
• Travel up to 10% depending on project/client needs

Responsibilities

• Client & Team Relations: Provide exceptional service to clients and teammates while fostering positive relationships
• Project Leadership: Lead projects with engineering teams to develop detailed proposals and manage schedules
• Project Planning & Execution: Create work plans, risk strategies, and communication plans for smooth execution
• Scheduling & Financial Management: Oversee schedules, use scheduling tools, manage project finances and reporting
• Team & Resource Management: Manage engineers, designers, and subcontractors to deliver quality results
• Client & Business Development: Maintain client relationships, manage scope, assist with proposals and opportunities
• Contract & Project Oversight: Plan and supervise contracts, travel to client facilities as needed
