This role supports sites in Palm Beach Gardens, FL and other locations, with significant client engagement and staff development. You will drive project delivery, planning, and quality, plus business development and talent growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering required.
• Active PE license or willingness to obtain one.
• 10+ years of design engineering experience in power.
• Experience with BIM/3D models and large-scale projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Engineering Unit to deliver projects on time, on budget, and to quality standards.
• Mentor staff, drive innovation and continuous improvement.
• Define scope with PMs and assign work to balance activities.
• Develop and maintain client relationships and support business development.
