You'll mentor staff, coordinate with project teams, and drive continuous improvement through strong leadership and client engagement. Travel up to 25% is required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering required.
• 10+ years of design engineering experience in the Power Industry.
• Active PE license.
• Experience with BIM / 3D models containing major plant systems.
• Experience with IPD or other large-scale project delivery methods is desired.
• Knowledge of applicable industry standards.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of time.
