Qualifications

• 8 years of progressive technology experience in software/ platform/ infrastructure engineering or related disciplines.
• 4 years of prior people management experience supervising technical teams.
• Strong knowledge of modern software engineering, cloud architecture, DevOps, SRE, and APIs.
• Experience modernizing enterprise platforms, reducing technical debt, and ensuring security.
• Ability to manage multiple complex workstreams and stakeholder relations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team delivering complex services, integrations, cloud-native apps, and enterprise capabilities.
• Guide strategy, structure, talent, standards, and execution discipline for secure, scalable solutions.
