Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required; 5 years aerospace design/analysis experience for senior level.
• Advanced degree preferred for higher responsibilities.
• Clearance capability or ability to obtain U.S. government clearance is expected.

Responsabilités

• Lead design, analysis, validation, and production support of carbon seals and rolling element bearings.
• Collaborate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to develop sealing solutions.
• Investigate failure modes and conduct root-cause analyses; support rig testing and field investigations.
• Develop analytical methods and engineering tools; improve standard work and processes; mentor engineers.
• Present design recommendations and analytical findings to customers and leadership.
• Travel up to 10% for domestic and international activities.
