Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive professional services experience or equivalent education and experience.
• Strong executive communication, customer-facing leadership, facilitation, negotiation, collaboration, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Working knowledge of Scrum, ITIL; ServiceNow CSA certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery team across large, complex, multi-workstream engagements with partners.
• Apply project execution, scheduling, monitoring, and delivery-management expertise.
• Governance, timeline, scope, risks, issues, changes, resources, reporting, and financials.
• Build cross-geography relationships to support delivery and brand.
• Collaborate with Sales, customer, partner, and delivery leadership on objectives and value.
• Promote successful delivery using Now Create methodology and prescriptive guidance.
• Serve as primary contact for delivery coordination, executive communication, escalation, and agreements.
• Identify gaps between actual performance and plan; drive corrective action.
• Coach and manage services partners and engagement managers.
• Communicate delivery stories through governance forums and status updates.
