Qualifications

• Deep ServiceNow workflow expertise aligned with the supported offering.
• Experience leading functional delivery for smaller engagements.
• Strong advisory and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into configurations and stories.
• CSA certification is required; implementation specialist preferred.
• Scrum/ITIL knowledge; optional certifications.

Responsibilities

• Act as the functional solution lead for smaller engagements and delivery teams.
• Lead customer workshops and design future-state processes aligned with business outcomes.
• Translate business requirements into functional specs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and test strategies.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and value realization.
• Lead sprint planning, data migration, testing, UAT, and transition activities.
• Train customers to create and maintain user stories and documentation.
• Coach and mentor BPM consultants on design and project challenges.
• Contribute best practices to the BPM community and provide feedback to product teams.
• Maintain current skills and relate ServiceNow capabilities to industry context.
