Job summary

Claritas Rx is seeking an Engagement Manager to drive complex Ascend implementations. You will own the detailed project plan, coordinate data onboarding, manage partner testing, and lead UAT from kickoff to go-live, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.

This primarily remote role requires strong organizational skills, proactive communication, and a track record with SaaS or data analytics projects, with occasional travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in commercial or operational roles (pharma/biotech or health tech)
• Experience delivering SaaS or data analytics implementations
• Familiarity with data onboarding, partner testing, and UAT

Responsibilities

• Own the detailed project plan across Ascend implementations and manage the critical path.
• Manage intake, align timelines with Customer Success, and maintain RAID log.
• Coordinate data partner relationships, testing, and data specs.
• Lead UAT scheduling, track issues, and secure client sign-offs.
• Escalate risks and blockers to the Implementation Director with mitigation plans.
• Ensure QA gates before client testing and manage go-live transition.
• Conduct lessons learned to improve onboarding and UAT processes.
