Job summary

Claritas Rx is seeking an Engagement Manager to drive implementation lifecycles from intake to go‑live. You will own detailed project plans, coordinate data onboarding, oversee partner testing, and facilitate UAT with client success alignment.

You will partner withDelivery Director, BA, CE, and CS to ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery. This remote role includes occasional travel and a strong focus on client communication.

Responsibilities

• Own the detailed project plan across multiple Ascend implementations and manage the critical path.
• Oversee intake, SOW alignment, RAID log, and weekly client status calls with health updates.
• Lead data partner/vendor relationships, testing, and data spec reviews.
• Coordinate and facilitate UAT, track issues, and document client sign‑offs.
• Identify risks, blockers, and changes; elevate to leadership with mitigation.
• Drive go‑live readiness and handover to Customer Success; document lessons learned.
