Job summary

Ascend Learning, a leading healthcare and learning technology company, is seeking a Sr. Sales Technology Analyst to partner with Sales, Sales Operations, and other cross-functional teams to optimize and evolve Ascend's CRM and sales technology ecosystem.

This role serves as the primary advocate for sales users, translating business needs into technology solutions that improve sales effectiveness, data quality, reporting, process efficiency, and user experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience implementing UI best practices.
• Microsoft D365 certifications or equivalent experience.
• Excellent communication and collaborative problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead CRM and sales technology strategy, governance, and best practices.
• Govern CRM processes, data quality, and reporting capabilities.
• Partner with Sales and stakeholders to identify needs and improvements.
• Evaluate enhancements including automation and AI-enabled capabilities.
• Serve as liaison between technical teams and business users throughout discovery to delivery.
• Coordinate release readiness, training, and user adoption activities.
• Mentor Sales Technology Analysts and promote One Ascend collaboration.
