Job summary

Claritas Rx seeks a Business Analyst to drive Ascend platform configuration, lead data partner spec negotiations, and ensure data specifications align with the Ascend model. You will work across Engagement Managers, Delivery Directors, and Customer Engineering in a fast-paced, remote role with occasional travel.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in biopharma or data management, with strong Excel skills and deep knowledge of healthcare data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2+ years in biopharmaceutical/ data management roles.
• Proficient Excel and analytics for data comparison and summarization.
• Experience with data partner specifications and healthcare data preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead data partner spec negotiations to align with Ascend data model.
• Review partner data specifications for completeness and accuracy.
• Negotiate field mappings, LOVs, formats, and cadences with data partners.
• Validate test files against specs and track sign-offs.
• Translate constraints into actionable configuration decisions.
