Job summary

Claritas Rx is seeking an Associate Business Analyst to drive Ascend platform configuration, data mapping, and data partner negotiations. You will lead spec alignment, document gaps, and coordinate with Engagement Managers and Customer Engineering to ensure a clean go-live.

Work primarily remote with occasional travel, leveraging strong Excel and data-management skills to deliver high-quality onboarding across our data ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a 4-year university.
• Relevant operations experience in biopharmaceuticals or data management.
• Proficient in Excel and analytic tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead data partner spec negotiations and align file specs with Ascend data model.
• Own platform configuration, data mapping, and front-end reporting setup.
• Conduct internal QA and ensure go-live readiness before UAT.
