Job summary

LiveRamp is seeking an Expert Engagement Manager to partner with Commercial Leads and Services Consultants in delivering LiveRamp Global Services across Core, Advisory, and related offerings. The role focuses on managing complex projects, maintaining executive relationships, and aligning delivery with client data strategies.

You will work with cross‑functional teams, communicate technical concepts clearly, and travel occasionally to support engagements.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management or customer-facing project delivery experience.
• 3+ years delivering professional services for consulting/SaaS/AdTech/large systems integrator.
• Deep technical understanding of programmatic ecosystem (DSPs, SSPs, CDPs).
• Knowledge of web tracking, identity resolution, and data flows in martech stack.
• Familiarity with cloud data warehousing (Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks) and SQL-based transformations.
• Understanding of global privacy regulations and their impact on data sharing.
• Experience communicating technical concepts with product teams and data scientists.
• Experience in TV and/or digital media ecosystems (bought/earned/owned).
• Strong analytics experience across media and data domains.
• Executive-level written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with LiveRamp Global Services to ensure successful delivery of services.
• Develop project and resource plans with clients and delivery leads.
• Scope LGS engagements and validate scope with SMEs.
• Align technical roadmap with client data strategy and identify new opportunities.
• Lead client meetings with a consultative approach and manage relationships.
• Provide escalation paths to Engagement Management Lead/Director.
• Identify challenges and craft practical recommendations for value.
• Demonstrate deep knowledge of LiveRamp products and services.
• Mentor team members as needed.
• Travel a few times per year.
